Free night in a Santiago hotel is in a Single or Double Standard room and includes breakfast only. Extras must be paid directly to the Santiago Hotel.
A child can stay in an additional bed (roll-away) in the same room as their parent(s), (limited availability).
Cancelations to the free night in Santiago are permitted with 48 hrs prior notice, on the contrary the guest will be charged as a no-show.
Free night in a Santiago Hotel must be taken immediately before or immediately after guests’ stay at Portillo and must be made by the Portillo Reservations Department with a minimum of 5 days advance notice.
Free night in a Santiago Hotel subject to availability. In the case that space is not available; a hotel of similar quality will be substituted.
Promotion is not redeemable for cash and/or trade and is personal and non-transferable.
