Kid´s Camp

The Portillo Ski School Kid´s Camp for children 4 to 6 years old operates Sunday through Friday from 10:30 am to noon and from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. The Kid´s Camp is designed to introduce little ones to the world of alpine skiing or snowboarding while also giving their parents and older brothers and sisters free time to enjoy their own day on the mountain - or take a class themselves.

Kids learn to ski from certified instructors, who are experts in teaching children. Children ages 7 and older are welcome to join our regular group or private lessons. We suggest private lessons for children age 6 and under who do not want to participate in the Kid´s Camp. Kids who are in the Camp will be automatically enrolled in a special race designed for their age and ability.

NOTE Prices in Chilean pesos include the value added tax (19%). Guests who stay at the hotel and who are not residents of Chile DO NOT pay VAT if they pay their bill in dollars or with a dollar credit card.

Prices in dollars are informative and estimated at the current exchange rate used in Portillo.

Bills are presented in Chilean pesos. The dollar prices above DO NOT include the 19% Value Added Tax (IVA), however, guests who stay at the hotel and who are not residents of Chile DO NOT pay IVA if they pay their bill in dollars or with a dollar credit card.
