Portillo has function spaces available for meetings and seminars as well as audiovisual equipment ranging from overhead projectors to computers with direct internet access. Large multinational companies and diverse organizations have successfully organized their conventions in Portillo’s warm atmosphere and uniquely scenic environment.

1. Seminars, Conferences & Workshops

Seminars, conferences and workshops are an important part of the development of every organization. Portillo offers diverse salons, audiovisual equipment, excellent menus, entertainment and a picturesque environment for your seminars, conferences and workshops.

2. Team Building

Company retreats that include overnight stays are an excellent option for team building. This type of meeting combines work with play. Portillo offers a scenic natural setting, without distractions, and function spaces to accommodate all your meeting needs. Additional services such as the pool, sauna, massage services, bar, live music, discotheque, gymnasium and game room are available for planning entertaining team-building exercises.

3. Shows / Exhibitions and Promotional Events

In Portillo you can find function spaces from a grand salon to a movie theatre, allowing Portillo to hold exhibitions, film festivals, fashion shows, auctions, cultural expositions, and promotional events.

MEETING SPACE

Portillo offers meeting space that can be used for conferences and meetings for up to 350 people seated. All of these spaces can be equipped with audiovisual equipment and Internet access.

The rates for the use of the various meeting rooms depends on the number of requested services:

Events with Lodging:

Events for at least 25 people that require lodging for one night or longer are given free use of our meeting rooms.

Events without Lodging:

The rates for the use of event space that do not require lodging depend on the type of room and the number of attendees for each event. Our prices do NOT include the 19% Value Added Tax (IVA).

AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT

We rent a variety of audiovisual equipment that reflects the latest in computer technologyl.

The above rates are daily and include installation time and testing by our audiovisual assistants. These rates do NOT include the 19% IVA.
