Review the different activities available, to get the most during your stay at Portillo.
WELCOME COCKTAIL
In the living room on Sunday night before dinner, Portillo hosts a cocktail for all guests. It is a good occasion to meet fellow guests, ski and snowboard school instructors and Portillo executive staff.
SOL DE PORTILLO RACE
On Thursdays we have a giant slalom course on the lower plateau were we race the Sol de Portillo, a ski school race on the Puma run and a beginner’s race on the Corralito run. You may take race lessons earlier in the week from one of our instructors. The race is just for fun, and we have an awards ceremony in the living room on Thursday night for all competitors and guests to enjoy.

TORCHLIGHT PARADE
On Friday nights, the Ski School performs an entertaining torchlight parade on our Plateau run. Perfect views of the spectacle are available from the living room terrace and the guest lakeside rooms.

YOGA AND STRETCHING ROOM
Next to the fitness center is our Yoga and stretching room that is open for stretching in the morning and throughout the day, and offers free Yoga classes each evening.
KIDS RACE
Every child who is enrolled in Kids Camp or in a regular ski school is automatically enrolled in a Thursday race designed especially for them, a Portillo tradition for 50 years. The event is supervised by ski school instructors and takes place on the El Corralito or El Puma run. Children who are comfortable skiing Plateau run are encouraged to join Portillo’s main race “Sol de Portillo” as well.
GAMES
Children and adults enjoy playing one of our many board games in our comfortable, relaxing living room.
